Online travel companies have come out with the service of booking tickets on mobile. MakeMyTrip was the first portal who started the MCommerce service. It allows customers to search, book, and pay and receive their ticket on phone at no additional cost.

The benefit for such services is anytime, anywhere and on convenience one can book their fight tickets. The customer needs to enter credit card details on the payment interface screen. On successful payment transaction the confirmation of payment and booking ID is displayed. PNR details are sent to the customer through either email or SMS by MakeMyTrip.

These services have made life easier. It helps a traveler to book the ticket in front of his family while discussing about their choices to at any time of the day.
